If you decide the best way to enter the market is to establish your own entity, we can help you to proceed with more confidence based on our experience ushering other companies through this process. We help to identify the scope, size and location of the business. We establish a budget and target registered capital number. We prequalify the support team; attorneys, CPA's, and recruiters.

We work with the support team to prepare the corporate registration documents, locate the GM and initial staff, and to locate and negotiate for an office lease. As things progress we help you identify the best banking options, get the office built out and furnished, and then manage the transition from pre-registration to startup. Once the company is registered you will need to transfer things over to the new entity and oversee the infusion of capital. We support you in training and integrating the new staff into your existing operations. And then we work with you to begin preliminary test transactions to prove the operations structure. Our support can include everything from our doing the initial employee screening and interviewing, writing the HR manual, reviewing the AOA and other corporate registration documents, budgeting and buying the office furniture, and so forth.

Marketing Study

With every client we start with an in depth Marketing Study.

First we want to understand your company and the products you have. Then we want to understand your market in China; the industry, the competition, the customers, and the support system (trade shows, industry magazines, etc).

Based on this research, we look to position you in the market. We take a look at price considerations, distribution, a timeline, etc. We work with you to estimate the revenue and costs based on the options we have identified.

Through our research we come up with contacts, experts, names and numbers that will assist us (you) in moving forward with the sales plan. The cost and length of time it takes to complete the study varies widely, depending on your industry, product type, and how much history you already have in China.
